JOB TITLE: Learning Hub Coordinator
LOCATION: IRTC Head Office, Fairford, MB
SALARY: Based on experience

Job Description:
Under the direction and supervision of the Education Director, the Learning Hub Coordinator will be responsible to provide full-time program coordination and oversee the day-today program’s activities and operations at the Education Learning Hub in Pinaymootang First Nation. The Learning Hub Coordinator activities may include but are not limited to:
- Support and assist the education team with program coordination activities to the Learning Hub Program and team.
- Oversee the outreach and program recruitment/registrations, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance of documentation.
- Assist in the development of the Learning Hub program structure, content, and objectives.
- Conduct research, produce reports, and administer education policies and programs.
- Maintain awareness of the Education Department’s program needs and opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Education Director.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma and completion of a college diploma or university degree in business administration, social sciences and/or education or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a similar position.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a related position, preferably within a First Nation environment.
- Knowledgeable of post-secondary education and educational training program and service requirements for First Nations students.
- Ability to manage workloads, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently and team oriented.
- Proficiency in computer software use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be able to provide Criminal Record Check.
- Must have a Class 5 driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel.
- Must be able to work overtime hours if needed.
