➢ Manitoba is declared a State of Emergency as of 11:00 am today
➢ Manitoba Government Stated the Emergency measure will be in place for 30 days.
➢ There is also a public health order to observe a 50-person gathering limit.
➢ The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority has set up a call line and email to answer questions from First Nation people and communities. The number is 204-940-8880 and 1-877-940-8880 weekdays 8:00 am – 9:00 pm and weekends 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. indigenoushealth@wrha.mb.ca
➢ Handwashing technique recommended:
IRTC is making every effort to obtain the basic essential supplies from various vendors nationally.
However, at this time, supplies are limited. The supplies that were able to purchase are listed below and will be distributed to Chief and Council for further distribution to on reserve. The most “AT RISK” and vulnerable households such as the elderly, compromised immune system clients and families with infant children will be FIRST PRIORITY
As much as we would like to provide every household with kits, we are unable to do so at this time, due to the high demand of supplies.

IRTC Education Update
* IRTC Student Services program provides Post Secondary and Private Home Placement education funding to Dauphin River, Little Saskatchewan and Pinaymootang students.
Monthly allowance disbursements will be distributed as usual without disruption.
